Description:
This attribute indicates the number of uncorrectable ATM cell header errors that have been detected. Counting of uncorrectableHeaderErrors is inhibited when an Out of Cell Delineation (OCD) defect is present. An OCD defect occurs when seven consecutive incorrect HECs have been detected. An OCD defect terminates when six consecutive correct HECs have been detected.
