This attribute indicates the total number of BIP-8 Errors, framing pattern octet errors, and path overhead identification errors detected in received PLCP frames. Counting of PLCP CV is inhibited for second intervals where PLCP Severely Errored Framing Seconds (SEFS) or PLCP Unavailable Seconds (UAS) are counted. This attribute is a non-negative integer which monotonically increases until it reaches a maximum value, at which point it wraps around and starts increasing again from zero.
