Description: This attribute indicates an upper bound on the cost metric of a route, which is the sum of the cost metrics of all trunks on the route. The cost metric is the trunkCost attribute of the Trunk component. This attribute is used to accept or reject a path after the route selection algorithm has been applied, regardless of the minimization criteria. It is possible that there may not be a route with an acceptable cost.

What is htdsPlcMaximumAcceptableCost?

Sets an upper bound on the total cost metric (sum of trunk costs) a route for this connection may have; a path exceeding this is rejected even after route selection runs, regardless of the minimization criteria chosen.
