What is gsmBcRlpProtocolState?

The last RLP state this bearer channel's call was in before it was taken down: detached, disconnected (ADM), connPending/discPending (SABM/DISC sent, awaiting response), connectEstablished (ABM, exchanging Information frames), or synchronized (REMAP after a channel-coding change); useful post-mortem for seeing exactly where in the RLP handshake a call was when it ended.
