Description: This attribute counts the total number of call connections (including calls from the link as well as calls from the subnet) that have been refused because currentCalls has reached the limits, as specified by the engineering formulas for Frs on this LP.

What is lpEngFrsCallsRefused?

Counts the total number of call connections, from both the link and the subnet, that have been refused because currentCalls reached the engineering-formula limits for Frame Relay service on this Link Processor. Admins monitor this counter to detect capacity exhaustion causing real call rejections rather than just inferring it from the current-versus-max ratio. A rising lpEngFrsCallsRefused count confirms the LP is actively turning away Frame Relay call attempts due to being at capacity.
