What is frDteStDlciHqTotalPktDiscards?
Counts the total packets discarded from this HibernationQueue, summing timedOutPkt, queuePurgeDiscards, pktThresholdExceeded, byteThresholdExceeded, mulThresholdExceeded and memThresholdExceeded; the counter wraps to 0 at its maximum. An admin uses this as the single top-level indicator of queue loss on this DLCI before drilling into the individual threshold counters to find the specific cause.
