What is frDteRecvDiscardLmiInactive?
Counts received frames discarded because LMI was still in the polling state and not yet active; the counter wraps to 0 at its maximum. As with the transmit-side equivalent, sustained growth here indicates LMI is failing to reach the active state with the peer.
