What is frDteIllegalDlci?

Counts received frames discarded because their Q.922 address was not two octets long, including frames received on a DLCI reserved for LMI that had not been provisioned active; the counter wraps to 0 at its maximum. This helps an admin spot malformed addressing or an attempt to use an LMI-reserved DLCI that has not actually been enabled.
