Description: The average number of bits to be transferred per second over the DLCI to the DCE. When this attribute is set to zero, the link speed will be used instead.

What is frDteDynDlciDefsCommittedInformationRate?

Sets the default average bits-per-second (0-48,000,000, default 64000) applied as the Committed Information Rate to a dynamically created DLCI; a value of 0 makes it use the link speed instead. An admin tunes this to control how much sustained bandwidth each new auto-created PVC on this interface is entitled to before excess-burst handling kicks in.
