What is trmLkFciSet?
Counts packets whose FCI (congestion) bits were set by packet forwarding due to congestion on this link, when the DpnAddressPlan forwardingPolicy is loadshare or loadspread; the counter wraps at its maximum. An admin watches this for sustained growth as an early sign of link congestion. The trmLk subtree is marked not currently implemented in the agent per the MIB.
