What is rtgTopRowStatus?
Is the row-status handle used to name the Topology (rtgTop) subcomponent of Routing via SNMP; per the MIB these components cannot be added or deleted, since Topology is a fixed part of the routing hierarchy on every Passport module. An admin reads this only to confirm the component's presence, not to provision it.
