What is rtgTopControlPktRx?
Counts the total number of topology routing control packets this node has received from other Passport nodes in the network. An admin watches this counter for movement to confirm topology exchange with neighbors is actually happening; a flat counter on an otherwise-connected node points to a topology adjacency problem.
