trkAtmAtmAccMaximumErroredInterval

Module: Nortel-Magellan-Passport-AtmTrunksMIB

OID (symbolic): Nortel-Magellan-Passport-AtmTrunksMIB::trkAtmAtmAccMaximumErroredInterval

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.562.2.4.1.60.3.10.1.3

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: FixedPoint1

Access: read-write

Description: This attribute specifies the interval time over which the error threshold (as specified by receiveErrorSensitivity) must be continuously exceeded before the AtmAccess component can be degraded. Once the error interval count exceeds the provisioned value, the AtmAccess component issues an alarm indicating that link quality has degraded, and it disables its parent component. The exception to this is a value of zero, the default, which indicates that the mechanism is completely disabled.

What is trkAtmAtmAccMaximumErroredInterval?

Specifies, in the AtmAccess component's own time units, how long the error rate set by trkAtmReceiveErrorSensitivity must be continuously exceeded before the AtmAccess component is degraded, alarmed, and its parent disabled; a value of 0 (the default) disables the mechanism entirely. This is the current, non-obsolete replacement for trkAtmMaximumErroredInterval, scoped specifically to the AtmAccess component.
