Description: This attribute represents the time in seconds to wait between soft PVP or soft PVC call setup retries. The resolution is to the nearest 10 seconds.
What is atmIfVptPnniSoftPvpAndPvcRetryPeriod?
This sets, in seconds (rounded to the nearest 10 seconds), how long the VPT-based PNNI interface waits before retrying a failed soft PVP or soft PVC call setup. An admin lowers it to reconnect faster after a transient failure, or raises it to avoid hammering a link that keeps failing.
