Description: This value indicates whether queue servers can attach to this queue. A value of canAttach(1) indicates a queue server can attach. A value of cannotAttach(2) indicates a queue server cannot attach.
What is nwQAttachState?
This indicates whether queue servers, such as print servers, are currently allowed to attach to this queue. Admins check it when a print server or job server fails to bind to a queue it should be servicing.
