What is nwhrMslState?
This reports the current state of a Mirrored Server Link device: offline(1), startup(2), standby(3), or active(4). Admins monitor this to confirm the mirrored-server link is active and passing data, since a stuck standby or offline state signals the server mirror pair isn't synchronizing.
