What is ntpReachability?
This object reports the NTP reachability register for the peer in this row, an 8-bit shift-history value of recent poll responses used to judge whether the peer is currently reachable. Admins use it to confirm a configured time source is actually responding to polls rather than silently failing. A nonzero ntpReachability value indicates recent successful responses from the peer, while a value of 0 signals the peer has stopped answering and time sync from it should not be trusted.
