Description: The circuit identification number assigned to a port on an interface.
What is ifCfgPortCircuitID?
This read-write string (up to 15 bytes) lets an admin assign a circuit identification number to a port, purely for the operator's own record-keeping. A technician sets this to the carrier's circuit ID so the port can be matched to a customer trouble ticket.
