Actions must be defined in the qosActionTable prior to being referenced by this attribute. The value of this attribute may not be changed while meters of this type are currently associated with a policy.
What is ntnQosConfigDefaultOutOfProfileAction?
Names the action, defined in the qosActionTable, applied to flows metered by a 'committedRestricted' meter that are found to be out-of-profile; it cannot be changed while meters of that type are still attached to a policy.
