Description: NE data packets sent the greatest number of re-examination. Initialize the default value is 16. The value of this object should be stored in non-volatile memory.
What is commonMaximumMACLayerRetries?
The maximum number of times the device will retransmit a MAC-layer packet before giving up, defaulting to 16 and stored in non-volatile memory. Admins tune this to balance reliability against congestion on noisy RF links.
