What is commonACKTimeoutWindow?
How long, in milliseconds, the network element waits for an ACK response from the head-end before considering a transmission unacknowledged, defaulting to 19 ms. Admins might raise this on links with higher latency to avoid premature retransmissions, and the value is stored in non-volatile memory.
