What is nscHippiSonetMonClock?

This read-only INTEGER reports the current value of the engine's 500 KHz free-running clock, used as a time-stamp reference by the other monitor counters, with only the lower 32 bits of the internal 64-bit counter returned. An admin uses this alongside duration counters like nscHippiSonetMonSrcConnectDuration to convert raw clock-tick counts into elapsed time.
