What is systemAction?
This is a RowStatus-typed control object used to trigger or commit changes made to the other scalar system settings in this MIB, per its description "action parameter to handle the action on other scalars." An admin sets this after changing values like systemHostName or systemTimezone to apply those pending changes, since many management agents batch scalar edits and require an explicit commit action.
