What is ipsoPowerSupplyOverTemperature?
This read-only INTEGER reports normal(1) or overTemperature(2), indicating whether a specific power supply's internal temperature exceeds its recommended operating limit. An admin monitors this per-PSU flag to catch an overheating power supply before it fails outright. Seeing ipsoPowerSupplyOverTemperature at overTemperature(2) for a specific index would tell an admin that particular PSU, not necessarily the whole chassis, is running hot.
