What is nmsCfgClearBuf?

This write-only object clears out whatever configuration commands are currently staged in the device's command buffer without applying them. Administrators use it to discard a partially built batch of commands if they change their mind or make a mistake before committing. For example, if an admin realizes they queued the wrong VLAN command via nmsCfgAddToBuf, setting this object to clear(1) would wipe the buffer clean before starting over.
