What is nmsCfgAppAction?

This write-only object triggers the device to actually execute (apply) whatever configuration commands have previously been staged in the buffer via nmsCfgAddToBuf. Administrators set this object to apply(1) as the final step of a batch-configuration workflow, after all the desired commands have been queued up. For example, after adding several VLAN and port commands to the buffer, an admin would set this object to apply(1) to commit that whole batch of changes to the device at once.
