What is nmcTimezone?

Selects which of the 30 predefined timezone offsets (e.g. easternUSA-gmtMinus5(1), gmt(21)) the chassis uses to convert its local clock to GMT; defaults to gmt(21) and must match the chassis's physical location for correct trap and log timestamps.
