What is npTCPAttemptFails?
Counts TCP connection attempts on this NP that failed, either by moving from SYN-SENT/SYN-RCVD directly to CLOSED, or by timing out while in those states. A rising count suggests clients are failing to complete the TCP handshake with the NP, often due to a firewall, overload, or network path issue.
