Description: Busy counts of FSP.
What is fspBusyCount?
A running counter of how many times the FSP board identified by fspIndex was found busy when sampled by the kernel's scheduler. Comparing its growth rate to fspIdleCount lets an admin see which FSP board is carrying the heaviest file-serving load.
