Description: QoS mode currently set by the system

What is nsQosSysShapingMode?

This reports the QoS traffic-shaping mode currently being applied by the system, which may differ momentarily from the user-configured mode during transitions. Admins check this to see the actual real-time shaping state in effect, useful when the system is in an auto or transitional mode that changes based on conditions. During an auto-mode transition, nsQosSysShapingMode might briefly show on-off(2) while the system settles into its final shaping state.
