What is nsFanStatus?
This object reports the health status of a cooling fan module: 0 for fail, 1 for good. Admins monitor this to catch a failed fan before insufficient cooling leads to thermal issues elsewhere in the chassis. For example, nsFanStatus reporting 0 for one fan would prompt an admin to check chassis airflow and schedule replacement before other components begin to overheat.
