What is itsSnkTtpDefects?
A read-only bitmask of transport defects detected on this sink TTP since it was last read -- los(0) loss of signal, lof(1) loss of frame, ais(2) alarm indication signal from the originating node, or lop(3) loss of pointer, seen on DVB when capacity is insufficient.
