Description: Controls the interface output in case of a fault.
notSupported(0). The interface does not support control of transmitter on fault. This value can only be read, and can never be written.
enable(1). Will turn off (mute) transmitter power on fault.
disable(2). Will output default signal on fault.
freeze(3). Freezes the output on signal fail. This is mainly intended to be used with through timing mode. In aligned mode, output is always freezed anyway regardless if this value is set or not. Valid if `fs' bit is set in itsIfCapabilities.
What is itsIfTxMuteOnFault?
Controls what the interface's transmitter does when a fault occurs: enable(1) mutes (turns off) transmitter power, disable(2) keeps outputting a default signal, and freeze(3) freezes the last known-good output -- the last mainly used with through-timing mode and only valid on interfaces where the `fs` capability bit is set.
