What is timeRangeStatus?

This object controls the lifecycle of a TimeRange entry, using RowStatus values where active(1) means the instance is active, createAndGo(4) creates a new entry, and destroy(6) deletes it. An admin sets this to createAndGo(4) when defining a new time range, or destroy(6) to remove one no longer needed. For example, an admin decommissioning an old ACL schedule would set the corresponding time range's status to destroy(6).
