What is timeRangePeriodicStatus?

This object controls the lifecycle of a periodic time entry within a TimeRange, using RowStatus values where active(1) means the entry is active, createAndGo(4) creates a new entry, and destroy(6) deletes it. An admin sets this to createAndGo(4) when adding a new recurring schedule window to a time range, or destroy(6) to remove one no longer needed. For example, an admin retiring an old weekly maintenance-window schedule would set that periodic entry's status to destroy(6).
