What is timeRangePeriodicStartDate?

This object sets the calendar start date (year, month, day) from which a periodic time range entry begins recurring. An admin configures this to establish when a recurring schedule window first takes effect, rather than applying retroactively or immediately. For example, an admin might set this to 2026-09-01 so a new weekly recurring schedule doesn't start applying until September 1.
