What is timeRangeAbsoluteStatus?

This object controls the lifecycle of an absolute time entry within a TimeRange, using RowStatus values where active(1) means the entry is active, createAndGo(4) creates a new entry, and destroy(6) deletes it. An admin sets this to createAndGo(4) when adding a new one-time date exception to a time range, or destroy(6) to remove one no longer needed. For example, an admin removing an expired holiday exception would set that absolute entry's status to destroy(6).
