Description: Indicates if the interface is willing to accept PFC configuration via DCBX.
What is agentPfcIntfAdvWilling?
Indicates whether this interface advertises willingness to accept PFC configuration proposed by its DCBX peer rather than insisting on its own local configuration. An admin sets the underlying willingness bit so a server NIC's PFC settings can be centrally pushed down from the switch via DCBX instead of manually configured on each host.
