Description: This tells if energy detect operational status is currently active or inactive. The energy detect mode may be administratively enabled, but the operational status may be inactive.
What is agentGreenEnergyDetectOperStatus?
This read-only value reports whether Energy Detect is currently active(1) or in-active(0) on a port, distinct from whether it is administratively enabled. It lets an admin see the real-time effect of energy detection even when agentGreenEnergyDetectMode is set to enable, since the feature can be enabled but not actually engaged. For example, a port with the mode enabled but a live link connected would show in-active because there's no idle condition to detect.
