What is agentGreenEeeLpiHistoryIntfSampleTime?

This read-only DisplayString (1-32 characters) records the timestamp at which a given Low Power Idle (LPI) history sample was collected for an interface, as a row in the EEE LPI history table indexed by interface and sample index. It lets an admin correlate a specific percent-LPI-time reading with when it was measured, for tracking power-saving trends over time. For example, a sample entry might record a time like '2026-08-24 14:00:00' alongside its associated LPI percentage.
