What is netcorEnLnkTst?

Based on its name and the requirement for a box and port number, this object appears to enable a link-integrity test on a specific twisted-pair port of the device. Illustratively, an admin would set this to start a diagnostic link test on a port suspected of cabling problems, then check netcorLnkTstStat for the result. An admin troubleshooting a flaky port might set netcorEnLnkTst for that box/port to trigger a link test before checking the port's link status.
