Description: Which type of authentication semantics (Unix or PC) are in use for PC access to Unix files on the filer. If Unix semantics are in use, no ACL on a Unix file is ever checked. If PC semantics are in use, the share level ACL on the share containing the file is used for authentication instead of the group portion of the permissions on the file.
