What is nsLogStatus?

This RowStatus object controls whether logging output is generated for this logging table entry; an instance left as notInService(2) indefinitely is considered normal for this table. Admins use this to enable or disable a specific logging destination/level combination without deleting its configuration. Setting this to active(1) turns on this particular logging entry, causing matching-severity messages to start flowing to its configured destination.
