What is nsLogMaxLevel?

This object sets the maximum severity level, from emergency(0) through debug(7), for which this logging entry applies, defaulting to emergency(0), working together with the entry's minimum level (nsLogLevel, part of the table's index) to bound the applicable severity range. Admins configure this to capture a specific band of severities to a given destination, for example sending warning through debug messages to a file while emergency-only alerts go to syslog. Setting this to debug(7) for an entry whose minimum level is warning(4) means all messages from warning up through debug severity are logged to that entry's destination.
