Description: The Total number of applet hits to the IVE since last reboot
What is iveAppletHits?
This read-only Counter64 reports, per its source description, the total number of applet hits to the IVE appliance since its last reboot. Admins use this to gauge usage of the Java-applet-based access method relative to the appliance's other access types. For example, a very low iveAppletHits count relative to other hit counters might indicate that few users still rely on the legacy applet access method, informing a decision to deprecate it.
