What is sstAgentState?
This read-only value (ncrPlatformNotInstalled/serviceStopped/serviceStartPending/serviceRunning) reports the current run state of the SST agent service itself. Admins poll this to confirm the management agent is actually running before relying on other SNMP data from the terminal.
