What is nbsSyscommGateAddrOper?

This object reports the IPv6 default gateway currently in effect on the device; IPv4 status is available via nbsCmmcSysDefaultGatewayOper instead. Admins compare it to nbsSyscommGateAddrAdmin to verify a gateway change was successfully applied. For example, a mismatch between the admin and operational gateway values after a config push points to an unapplied or rejected setting.
