What is nbsSigCondRamanTableSize?

This read-only counter reports how many Raman amplifier ports the device has. Since Raman amplification is only present on select long-haul or high-power line ports, an admin uses this count to know how many rows to expect in the nbsSigCondRamanTable. A value of 2 indicates the shelf has two Raman-pumped fiber spans worth monitoring for pump power.
