What is nbsSigCondPortTableSize?

This read-only counter reports the number of VOA/VGA-capable ports listed in the nbsSigCondPortTable. An admin uses it to know how many per-port power readings, such as rx/tx power and reflection, to expect when polling the table for optical health. A value of 12 means the device exposes power monitoring for 12 optical ports.
