What is nbsOsaChannelTimestamp?

This read-only TimeTicks value reports the sysUptime at which a specific channel table row was last updated. Admins use this to gauge how current a given channel's status and power readings are. For example, a stale timestamp on a channel row while other channels update normally would suggest that specific channel's monitoring has stalled.
